![]() | The bright path ishayas - The Four Ascension Attitudes
The bright path ishayas - The Ascension Attitudes are mechanical meditation tools, not requiring participants to get any certain belief or religion. They could be done with either your eye area opened or closed, that allows for individuals to practice the meditation practices whenever you want, any day and anywhere. You will find four main forms of Ascension Attitudes: Praise Ascension Attitude, Gratitude Ascension Attitude, Love Ascension Attitude and Compassion Ascension Attitude. The Praise Ascension Attitude is dependant on bringing awareness for this moment and serves as the most basic of all the techniques. The Praise Attitude really helps to bring awareness to the experience of life, and truly experiencing and enjoying the present moment. By emphasizing the present moment, it is possible to let go of judgment and condemnation and instead focus on a life of praise. The Gratitude Ascension flows naturally inside the wake of the Praise Ascension Attitude and aids in healing your relationship using the outside world around us. Whilst the Praise Ascension Attitude helps target the inner self, the Gratitude Ascension Attitude helps target a renewed thought of the world and appreciation forever around you. The Love Ascension Attitude is often a healing practice that work well with our relationship for the Source of Love, or our spiritual connection. The Love Ascension Attitude automatically helps love, or presence of one’s own being, being clear. The Compassion Ascension Attitude ties together the praise, gratitude and love Ascension Attitudes in to a perfect group. As one’s conscioussness develops through these various Ascension Attitudes, compassion closes the meditation up by replacing judgment using your inner self causing all of creation. The Ascension Attitudes are shown individuals by The Bright Path Ishayas, who have based these teachings upon truths. The Ishayas teach these Ascension Attitudes so that you can help participants meditate, cleaning their mind of all the so-called chaos and chatter that gathers as a result of stress and busyness. |
